The Past Presidents have met and put together a number of initiatives all of which require a leader.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is expected of me as a leader?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In summary, the leader is expected to take ownership of the initiative, share the vision with the Alumni, and recruit a team from amongst the Alumni to drive the initiative forward.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are many leadership models. This one is based on the Book of Nehemiah.
