Introduction

The NTI/NTU Alumni CF has been formally announced on Jul 3, 2005. The Past Presidents have met and put together a number of initiatives all of which require a leader.

What is expected of me as a leader?

In summary, the leader is expected to take ownership of the initiative, share the vision with the Alumni, and recruit a team from amongst the Alumni to drive the initiative forward.

There are many leadership models. This one is based on the Book of Nehemiah. We pray that this will serve as a guide for your journey into a leadership position.
